You can put this solution on YOUR website!
distance = rate*time, assuming the rate is linear and constant. Rearranging the variables, we get

rate = distance/time

rate = (105 mi)/(15 min) = 7 mi/min

There are 60 minutes in one hour, so

(7 mi/min)*(60 min/hr) = 420 mi/hr.
