2%2Aabs%28d%2B5%29+%3C+13

abs%28d%2B5%29+%3C+13%2F2

This implies that -13%2F2+%3C+d%2B5+%3C+13%2F2. Subtracting 5 from both sides,

-23%2F2+%3C+d+%3C+3%2F2.
