You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Your equation: 4x%2B3=2x10%5E-4
2%2A10%5E-4+=+2%2F10000 = 0.0002
So the equation becomes 4x + 3 = 0.0002x
or (4 - 0.0002)x = -3
or 3.9998x = -3
or x = -3/3.9998 = -0.75 (approx)

But I think this is not the answer as I think you might have made some mistake in copying the equation.
Anyway, for the equation you have entered the solution is as above.
