Not understanding this question
Given the function: f(x)=4x+6, find each of the following
f(2), f(-3), f(0)
f(2)= 4*2+6 = 8+6 = 14
f(-3)= 4*-3+6 = -12+6 = -6
f(0)= 4*0+6 = 0+6 = 6

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f%282%29
f%28x%29=4x%2B6
Lets substitute 2 for x in the equation 4x+6
f%282%29=+4x%2B6
=4%282%29%2B6
=14

f%28-3%29
f%28x%29=4x%2B6
Lets substitute -3 for x in the equation 4x+6
f%28-3%29=4x%2B6
=4%28-3%29%2B6
=-6

f%280%29
f%28x%29=4x%2B6
Lets substitute 0 for x in the equation 4x+6
+f%280%29=4x%2B6+
=4%280%29%2B6+
=6
