Question 411064: I think I did this quadratic equation right. would you please check it? I think I reduced it right.
x^2+4x+7=0
-4+-sqrt((4)^2-4(1)(7))/(2(1))
-4+-sqrt(16-28)/(2)
-4+-sqrt(-12)/(2)
-4+-sqrt(4(3)i)/(2)
-4+- 2 sqrt(3i)/(2)
-2+- 1 sqrt(3i)

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You did it right, but got the terminology off at the end.
It's -2 ± i*sqrt(3)
Or x = -2 ± sqrt(3)*i
The i can't be under the radical.
