You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let buy x T-shirts, and y-shorts. If you have to buy a total of 8 T-shirts and shorts, then x%2By=8
T-shirts cost $10 each, so for x T-shirts you'll spend 10x$, shorts cost $15 each, so you'll pay 15y$ for y shorts/ Then you'll spend 10x%2B15y
System of equations
system%2810x%2B15y=90%2Cx%2By=8%29
system%2810x%2B15y=90%2Cy=8-x%29
system%2810x%2B15%288-x%29=90%2Cy=8-x%29
system%2810x%2B120-15x=90%2Cy=8-x%29
system%285x=30%2Cy=8-x%29
system%28x=6%2Cy=8-x%29
system%28x=6%2Cy=8-6%29
system%28x=6%2Cy=2%29
So, you have to buy 8 T-shirts, 2 shorts.
