2csc^2x=3cot^2x-1
(2/sin^2x)-(3cos^2x/sin^2x)+1=0
LCD=sin^2x
2-3cos^2x-sin^2x=0
2-3cos^2x+(1-cos^2x)=0
2-3cos^2x+1-cos^2x)=0
-4cos2^x=-3
cos^2x=3/4
Cosx=sqrt(3/4) or sqrt(3)/2
x=30 deg (0 < x <360 deg)
