Let the measure of one angle be x. Then the other angle is 3x+10. The sum of these two angles is equal to 180 degrees, therefore:
x%2B%283x%2B10%29=180
4x%2B10=180
4x=170
x=42.5
The first angle is 42.5 degrees, the second angle is 3(42.5)+10 degrees, or 137.5
