We are always told to remember the formula y = mx + b
y = (2) * x+b
y(2) * (-3)+b substitute the value of x
(0)=(2)*(-3)+b
(2)*(-3)+b=(0)
(2)(-3)+b=(0)
(-6)+b=0
y=2x+6
(-3,0)
