..
log4(x^2)-log4(4x-4)=0
log4(x^2)/(4x-4)=0
convert to exponential form,
(x^2)/(4x-4)=4^0=1
x^2=4x-4=0
x^2-4x+4=0
(x-2)^2=0
x=2 (multiplicity 2)
