1) -1 > -x + 3
2) -7 - 2m >(or equal to)-9
3) a
--- <(or equal to)9
-3
Thanks if you can help! :) Answer by checkley79(3341) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1) -1 > -x + 3 subtract 3.
-1-3>-x add the left side.
-4>-x divide by -1
4
Proof:
Let x=4.1
-1>-4.1+3
-1>-1.1
2) -7 - 2m >=-9 add seven.
-2n>=-9+7 add the right side.
-2n>=-2 divide by -2
n<=-2/-2
n<=1 ans.
Proof:
-7-2*1>=-9
-7-2>=-9
-9>=-9
3) a
--- <=9
-3
cross multiply:
a>=9*-3
a>=-27 ans.
Proof:
-27/-3<=9
9>=9
