The problem I am having is the question says to "include solutions (roots)". I am not sure what this means or how to do it.

in this equation a=-1; b=812; c=-9600
x+=+%28-812+%2B-+sqrt%28812%5E2-4%2A-1%2A-9600+%29%29%2F%282%2A-1%29+
you should get two solutions
x=800
x= 12
