7x+10y=-13 

3x -2y=7 

solving by elimination

7x  +10y = -13 

15x -10y = 35  |adding after multiplying 2nd equation thru by 5

  22x = 22

    x = 1  and y = (3x-7)/2 = -2

 3*1 -2(-2) = 7
