Solving with Elimination method

-10x-3y=3

-20x-7y=3



 20x+6y=-6   |Adding 1st to 2nd after multiplying 1st thru by -2

-20x-7y=3

     -y = -3

      y = 3  and 

-10x-9 = 3  

      x = -1.2

 24 -21 = 3

 12 - 9 = 3
