my answer is: the two odd nummbers in the ones place must equal 8. the only 2 odd numbers that equal 8 are THREE and FIVE. 1+1=2 so the numbers are 13 and 15. (those are consecutive odd numbers)

If the first number is x, then the second number is (x+2) (because they are two consecutive odd numbers )
The sum of these two numbers is x%2B%28x%2B2%29=2x%2B2
Equation
2x%2B2=28
2x=26
x=13
Then the first number is 13, the second is 13+2=15
Answer: 13 and 15
