The graph of x = -7 is a vertical line passing through -7 on the x-axis.

Whenever you have an equation starting off with "x =" and then a number without
a variable, it is a vertical line.
All vertical lines have slopes which are undefined.

If you're given just an "x" or a "y" in an equation, there's either zero slope or no slope.
To graph x=-7, you would go back 7 space on the x axis and mark your dot. Then you'd just create a vertical line going through the dot. When you don't have an x or y coordinate pair, you draw a line in the opposite direction of the axis on which there's a point.
For instance, if I gave you x=3 you'd draw a dot on +3 and a vertical line going through it, as the x axis is horizontal.
If I gave you y=8, you'd mark your dot on the +8 on the y-axis and draw a horizontal line through it, as the y-axis is vertical.
Now, the best way to remember which of these is zero slope and which is no slope is to draw your line and see if it's horizontal or vertical(opposite direction of the axis your dot is on). If it's vertical, you can draw a big Z using the top line. Z is for Zero, zero slope. If it's horizontal, you can draw a big N using the side line. N is for No, No slope.
So in drawing a vertical line for your x=-7, you can make a nice little No slope.
Thus, x=-7 has no slope.
