3+%2B+4+=+7
So, the left side is 7

The right side is:
sqrt%289%29+%2B+16+=+3+%2B+16
3+%2B+16+=+19
And, 7 does not equal 19

check if left side of equation is same as right side

sqrt%289%29+%2B+sqrt%2816%29+=+sqrt%289%29+%2B+16

7+=+19.........7 is not equal 19
