You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3^-3 a^-2 b^5
_____________
c^-3 d^-4

To make negative exponents positive,
either move them up or down, depending on where they are at

b^5 c^3 d^4
----------- {moved the negative exponents}
3^3 a^2

b^5 c^3 d^4
------------ {evaluated 3^3 to be 27}
27 a^2
