Question 40411: Christy spent $500 over her budget on gifts during the holidays. In addition to her regular job, she took a part time job at the Pharmacy that paid $10 per hour. Her schedule would allow her to work 12 extra hour a week at the pharmacy. How many whole weeks will it take Christy to have enough money to pay off the debt? --- is it 5 weeks or four???

You can put this solution on YOUR website! ($10 / hour) * (12 hours / week) * W weeks = $500
120*W = 500
W = 4.167
I would say that she can't get it done in 4 weeks, so she has
to work part of the 5th week. They want to the nearest
whole week, so I guess 4 weeks is the answer. She'd have to work
(.167)*12 hours) = 2 hours after the 4th week.
