Rhombus.

There are two types of quadrilaterals with congruent sides, rhombi and squares. But a square is a special case of a rhombus, namely a rhombus with right angled vertices. Therefore the term square only describes a certain subset of quadrilaterals with congruent sides, but rhombus describes all of them.
