You can put this solution on YOUR website!
14%2F%283x%29%2B%28x%2B5%29%2F%283x%29
The denominators are the same so we can go ahead and add them. As always, you just add the numerators when adding fractions. So we get:
14%2Bx%2B5%2F%283x%29
which simplifies to:
%28x%2B19%29%2F%283x%29

4%2F%28x%2B2%29+-+3%2F%28x%2B2%29
The denominators are the same so we can go ahead and subtract them. As always, you just subtract the numerators when subtracting fractions. So we get:
%284-3%29%2F%28x%2B2%29
which simplifies to:
1%2F%28x%2B2%29

3%2Fx+%2B+2%2Fx%5E2
The denominators are not the same. So we must make then the same before we add. We can turnt he first denominator into x%5E2 if we multiply the numerator and denmominator of that fraction by x:
%283%2Fx%29%28x%2Fx%29+%2B+2%2Fx%5E2
which gives us:
%283x%29%2Fx%5E2+%2B+2%2Fx%5E2
Now we can add:
%283x+%2B+2%29%2Fx%5E2
