You can put this solution on YOUR website! Let x, x+2 & x=4 be the three integers.
x^2+(x+4)^2=136
x^2+x^2+8x+16=136
2x^2+8x+16-136=0
2x^2+8x-120=0
2(x^2+4x-60)=0
2(x-6)(x+10)=0
x-6=0
x=6 ans. for the smallest integer.
6+4=10 ans. for the largest integer.
Proof:
6^2+10^2=136
36+100=136
136=136
