The longest side is 6.5, so the hypotenuse is also 6.5. If you recall the 5-12-13 triangle (i.e. 2.5 = 5x, 6.5 = 13x) we can conclude that the third length is 6. If not we can use %282.5%29%5E2+%2B+k%5E2+=+%286.5%29%5E2 and solve to get k+=+6.

The perimeter is 2.5+%2B+6+%2B+6.5 = 15, and the area is %282.5%29%286%29%2F2 = 7.5.
