This can be solved via a proportion...cross-multiply and solve...like this...
8.184*10^(-14) / 9.1033*10^(-31) = x/.001 so that
9.1033*10^(-31)(x) = 8.184*10^(-14)(.001)
9.1033*10^(-31)(x) = 8.184*10^(-17)
x = 8.184*10^(-17) / 9.1033*10^(-31)
x = 8.99*10^13 Nm
