3^2 - 2(3)(-2) + (-2)^2 =
9 + 12 + 4 =
25

Solution:
(3*2)-(2*3*-2)+(-2*2)
6-(2*-6)+(-4)
6-(-12)+(-4)
6+12-4
18-4 = 14
