You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Hi
2k-5p=-5 |subtracting 2nd line from 1st
6k-5p=-17
-4k = 12
k = -3
2k - 5p = -5
2*-3 - 5p = -5
-1 = 5p
-1/5 = p
CHECKING our Answer***
6k -5p = -17
6*-3 -5*-1/5 = -18 + 1 = -17
