Lemme tell u a short cut :
whenever u see same X-coordinates or same Y-coordinates in a pair of points, you can be sure that it a+right+angled triangle formed by the 3+points.
And the center of circle+=+midpoint of the hypotenuse of triangle
In this case see (-14,-1) and (-2,-1)

Mid point = (10+(-4))/2 , (3+3)/2)
= (3,3)
Mid point = (-14+(-2))/2 , (-1+(-1))/2=-16/2,-2/2 =-8 , -1
Hence (-8 , -1) is the center of the circle
