Let x, (x+2),(x+4) represent the three consecutive odd integers

Question states***

 2[x + (x+2)+(x+4)] = 5(x+4) + 23

Solving for x

   x = 43 - 12

   x = 31 The three consecutive odd integers are 31,33,35

2[31 + 33 + 35] = 2*99 = 5*35 + 23 = 198
