If the front wheel's diameter is x, then we can say that the rear wheel's diameter is x+6. Therefore the front wheel's circumference is x%2Api and the rear wheel's circumference is %28x%2B6%29%2Api, or x%2Api+%2B+6pi, so the rear wheel's circumference exceeds the front wheel's by 6pi.
