Square the value you are given for A. (that means multiply that value by itself). Do the same thing for the value you are given for B. Add those two results. Then take the square root of the sum. (that means to find the number when multiplied by itself gives the sum.
You might also notice that this is a 3-4-5 right triangle. 15 is 3 times 5, and 20 is 4 times 5. So the long side has to be how much times 5?
