Solve for r:
abs%285r%29%2B10+=+15 First subtract 10 from both sides.
abs%285r%29+=+5 Now remove the absolute-value bars to get two the equations:
5r+=+5 or 5r+=+-5 In both cases divide by 5.
r+=+1 or r+=+-1
