You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x = distance traveled by Joy when she meets Max on the road.
==> 466 - x = distance traveled by max when they meet.
==> x/60 = Joy's time of travel when they meet
(466 - x)/56 = max's time of travel when they meet.
Then
x%2F60+=+%28466-x%29%2F56+%2B+1+
==> x%2F60+=+%28522+-+x%29%2F56
==> 56x = 60*(522 - x)
==> 56x = 31,320 - 60x
==> 116x = 31,320
==> x = 270 miles.
