Suppose that the numbers are x and 11-x. Then,

1%2Fx+%2B+1%2F%2811-x%29+=+11%2F30 Taking LCD of the fractions, adding, and simplifying,

11%2F%28x%29%2811-x%29+=+11%2F30

x%2811-x%29+=+30

x = 6 or x = 5 (these two are equivalent) so 5 and 6 are the numbers.
