Hello,
Let's first multiply both fractions by 20 to get:
20(2x-3/10)- 20(x-2/4)=20
Rewrite this as:
2(2x-3)-5(x-2)=20
Expand and combine like terms to get:
-x+4=20
Subtract 4 and divide by -1 to get:
x=-16
Make sense?
