You can do these one step at a time.
Both NUM and DEN are even numbers, so divide by 2.
= 162v%5E7y%5E6%2F24v%5E3y%5E4
Still even, divide again.

Both have v terms, divide by v
= 81v%5E6y%5E6%2F12v%5E2y%5E4
etc. You can speed things up if you like by dividing by y^4, or not.
