You can put this solution on YOUR website! Solve the quadratic equation: x^2 - 7x + 2 = 0. The 2 roots are both positive. d^2 = b^2 - 4ac = 49 - 8 = 41 --> d # 6.4, and d # -6.4.
 Use the Quadratic Formula In Intercept Form (see Algebra.com)
 x1 = 7/2 + 6.4/2 = 3.5 + 3.2 # 6.7.
 x2 = 3.5 - 3.2 # 0.3.
 The 2 x-intercepts are approximately: (0.3) and (6.7).
 Check: Their sum is 9 = -b, and their product is app# 2 = c/a. OK
