You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simply place parenthesis around 4 and 7 to get

(4+7) x 3 + 1 = 34
11 x 3 + 1 = 34
33 + 1 = 34
34 = 34


These kinds of problems are simply a matter of guessing and checking.
