3x <= –4y – 4 |adding 4y to and subtracting 3x from both sides of inequality 4y ≤ -3x - 4
y ≤ -(3/4)x - 1 |dividing both sides of inequality by 4

Note: as y increases/decreases by 3, x value changes by 4 in the opposite direction
