Being at right angles to each other, we can work on x and y separately.
So the x's:
points 2 and 4. Midpoint is? (2+4)/2 --> 3.
And the y's:
points -3 and 7. midpoint is (-3+7)/2 --> 2
So, midpoint is (3,2)
