If you have some percentage p, then this means that it converts to the fraction p%2F100. For example, if you have 47%, then p=47 and it converts to the fraction 47%2F100


In your case, section C is 51%. So p=51 and it converts to the fraction 51%2F100


So the answer is 51%2F100
