Yes! The slope-intercept form is: y+=+mx%2Bb so you need to solve for y, but note that y is positive.
x-y+=+2 Add y to both sides.
x+=+y%2B2 Now subtract 2 from both sides.
x-2+=+y or highlight%28y+=+x-2%29

-y=-x+2
y=x-2 ans.
NO you should ALWAYS convert any -y value to a +y value by multiplying all terms by -1.
