You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=mx+b (-1,_1) and (9,9) ( I not sure you write (-1,_1), y=-1 or 1) look like y=-1) I will use y=-1
m= 9-(-1)/9-(-1)=10/10 =1
y-9= 1(x-(1))
y=x-1+9
y= x+8

hahaWe are trying to find equation of form y=ax+b, where a is slope, and b is intercept, which passes through points (x1, y1) = (-1, -1) and (x2, y2) = (9, 9).
Slope a is a+=+%28y%5B2%5D-y%5B1%5D%29%2F%28x%5B2%5D-x%5B1%5D%29+=+%289--1%29%2F%289--1%29+=+1.
Intercept is found from equation a%2Ax%5B1%5D%2Bb+=+y%5B1%5D, or 1%2A-1+%2Bb+=+0. From that,
intercept b is b=y%5B1%5D-a%2Ax%5B1%5D, or b=-1-1%2A-1+=+0.

y=(1)x + (0)
