At 6:00 --> STRIKE-PAUSE, STRIKE-PAUSE, STRIKE-PAUSE, STRIKE-PAUSE, STRIKE-PAUSE, STRIKE. ie 11x=22, since the strike event and the pause event is the same amount of time: so, x=2.
At 12:00 --> STRIKE-PAUSE 11 times then a final STRIKE. This is a total of 23 events. As each is 2 seconds, then 23 will take 26 seconds. Answer=D.
