L/W = 5/2
L=(5/2)W
2*(5/2)W+2W=126
5W+2W=126
7W=126
W=18
L =(5/2)W=45
check: 2L+2W =2*18+2*45=36+90=126
L/W = 45/18 =5/2
ans: new width = 18 cm
