compare with y= mx +b
slope m = 3/5
..
A parallel line will have same slope = 3/5
passing through (5,1)
find b
y = mx +b
1=3/5 *5 +b
1=3+b
b=-3+1
b=-2
...
The equation will be y = (3/5)x -2
...
