It depends on how many letters are on your spinner. If the rest of the alphabet is present and each of the letters is represented by the same number of segments on the spinner, then the probability of something other than z is 25 ways that it can be something other than z divided by 26 ways that it can be anything. If the configuration of your spinner is different than what I described, then the answer is the total number of spaces on the wheel minus the number that contain the letter z divided by the total number of spaces.
