The standard form of equation is as follows...
Ax + By = C

We are give 5y = 25x
Subtract 5y on both sides
5y-5y= 25x-5y----->
0 = 25x - 5y--------->
25x - 5y = 0
we can simplify this by dividing it on both sides by 5
(25x-5y)/5=0/5
5x-y = 0
This is in standard form now.
