Use the identity cos%28theta%2B%22180%B0%22%29=-cos%28theta%29

2=r%28-cos%28theta%29%29

2=-r%2Acos%28theta%29

Change it from polar to rectangular form, using substitution cos%28theta%29=x%2Fr

2=-r%28x%2Fr%29

2=-cross%28r%29%28x%2Fcross%28r%29%29

2=-x

x=-2
