4x+-+4x+%2By=+-4x+-5
cross%284x%29+-+cross%284x%29+%2By=+-4x+-5
y+=+-4x+-5....this is your answer

We subtract 4x from both sides:

Note on Graph: Pt(0,5) and (-1,-1) for example
