You are correct.


Here's why:


If you subtract 6 from both sides, you get abs%28r%29=-3, but there's a problem: the absolute value of ANY number is ALWAYS nonnegative (ie not negative)


So abs%28r%29=-3 is NOT possible and therefore, there are no solutions.


So the solution set is the empty set
